USPS Ground Shipping

We are committed to providing dependable, cost-effective shipping services for all customer orders. To ensure consistent and reliable delivery, we utilize USPS Ground, a trusted nationwide service designed for efficient ground transportation.

Service Overview

Shipping fees are a set rate of $4.00 for single purchases and may rise when adding additional products due to weight/size of package.

• Delivery Timeframe
USPS Ground typically delivers within 2–5 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that all delivery estimates are provided by USPS and may vary based on location, weather conditions, or carrier volume.

• Tracking Information
All shipments include USPS tracking, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their package from dispatch to final delivery.

• Packaging and Handling
We take great care in preparing each order to ensure it is securely packaged and protected throughout transit.

Shipping Policies

• Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during weekends, holidays, peak seasons, or high-volume periods.

• Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We cannot be held liable for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Issues

If your shipment appears delayed or has not arrived by the estimated date:

  • Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for unforeseen carrier delays.

  • Contact our support team if the package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be found. We will help guide next steps with the carrier

Tracking

It can take 24 to 48 hours for a newly created label to be scanned and appear in the carrier's tracking system.

*If any issues, try checking the tracking number directly on the shipping carrier's website, outside of Shopify.

*Double-check that the shipping destination and origin addresses are correct and that there are no extra characters, emojis, or special characters.

We do not offer International shipping at this time.
